How To Use German Glass Glitter

Using German Glass Glitter is simple, but it’s important to treat it with the same respect you would give any finely crushed glass. Since it is sharp, always work thoughtfully and avoid rubbing it with your fingers. To apply, begin by brushing your chosen adhesive—such as glue, decoupage medium, or varnish—onto your project surface.

I like to spoon or sprinkle the glitter gently over the wet adhesive, allowing it to fall naturally and create even coverage. Once the surface is coated, shake off the excess glitter. A convenient way to do this is by working over a paper towel or folded sheet of paper, which makes it easy to collect and pour unused glitter back into the container for future projects.
