I’ve always been a Creative Junkie at heart and loved painting, so after having my first child and leaving my career as a CPA, I knew I had to nurture my creative side. I became obsessed with painting and making old things into something beautiful.

I wanted to bring my creative passion into my home, to decorate it to reflect my own style and make it truly my own, but all the DIY products I found seemed cheap and poor quality.

I started seeking out nicer products, better quality paints and decor embellishments.  My visions started taking on a whole new direction and Weathered Wings was born!

It took a long time to find the kind of quality products I’d be willing to put in my own home, but finally I got there.  I personally vet every one of my products to ensure it’s nice enough for my home – so you can trust it in yours.

My mission is to be your ultimate DIY resource and to give you the inspiration and instruction you need to ease your frustrations and boost your confidence in your creative journey.
