Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible while also ensuring the safety and security of your package during transit.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing time may be longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. You can find estimated shipping rates by adding items to your cart and entering your shipping address.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping within the United States, except Alaska and Hawaii, via USPS and UPS. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be longer for certain remote locations.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.  See RETURNS POLICY.
